Call your dentist first, but u can rinse several times with solution of salt/warm water to cleanse %26amp; help pain. Also Tylenol for pain.Can someone give me some advice on treating dry socket after dental extraction dressing fell out pain bad ?
i also had my lower wisdom teeth taken out a week ago.I put the gauge on the teeth and bite it so blood will stop whole night even it painful. The imp thing is to rinse the mouth after each food with either salt and water or antiseptic solution. And for 2 weeks we should only eat soft food. I also got pain around my ears and head where my tooth had been pulled. You should take paracetamol 4 times a day for pain. Then after 2 or 3 days reduce to 3 times a day. Always be gental when u speak.





If ur dentist is sincere, and pulled the root of the teeth nicely that's the case But, after taking all this if this doesn't help contact ur dentist.Can someone give me some advice on treating dry socket after dental extraction dressing fell out pain bad ?

Get back to your dentist A.S.A.P, so he can prescribe some antibiotics, in the mean time take a couple of ibuprofen tablets, every 4 hours....Hope this helps
u will need to go to the dentist straight away tomorrow,


just keep it as clean as possible and rinse with hot salty water.
Try some ibuprofen tablets until you can get back to the dentist for the pain
go to your dentist!
