A problem may be this. everyone is born with a natural curvature in the neck, however some people do not, and so when your neck is hurting it is because, it in a sense is doing the same thing as a stick holding a bowling ball on top of it. The stick has no cushion there, to relieve the support in which it is not getting.
I would get a new doctor. But seems like stress. But with the whole missing your period sounds weird. Set an appointment with a new doctor so they can do an mri on your ovaries and head to make sure everything is working well.
