Hey I want to lose weight really bad but i cant stop eating any thin HOT girls with advice for me?

Alright, let me just say something. I'm thin, hot and have a lot of friends. But I have to say this. Being dangerously thin is not pretty, and curves are nice. Loosing weight tips: DON'T starve yourself. NOT COOL. Just work out. It may be your body type, in which case, choose clothes that you like, and suit your body figure. And most of all, don't be fake about who you really are. Act yourself. Don't wear tons of makeup, wear your hair however you like. Don't splurge on big fashion accessories, and make sure you always have high self esteem. If loosing weight makes you depressed, STOP! Don't go on being ';pretty'; and ';sad';.

i know this is going to sound clich茅, but beauty comes from within. you have to be confident with yourself on the inside before anything else. if you really want to lose weight though, i recommend aerobic activity, such as running, or tae-bo, or something like that. you'll also have to cut back on junk food. every once in a while is okay, but not all the time. um...as far as wearing your hair, a lot of people highlight their hair, and a lot of hair styles are popular right now. layered hair with side bangs is pretty popular, with either straight or wavy hair. i hope this helps!

oh,you really are worried and frustrated aren't you? ok,first,you need to believe and say to yourself that you're important,you have the world at your feet and you are beautiful as you are.next step,avoid sweets,junk food of ANY kind,no salt,no sugar,well,not too much.when you feel hungry,eat,but make sure you only eat to get rid of the HUNGER feeling.don't stuff yourself! drink green tea,it helps lose weight.no alcohol,no smoking,eat NATURAL food.as many vegetables as possible and fruit.fresh juices and plain water.no sodas.now,eat a little everytime,often,but little.don't combine food,which means,if you have cheese on your plate,beans or whateva else,don't combine it with other sorts.eat it all separately from other foods.each sort,one at a time.but don't starv yourself! that will induce the 'wolf hunger'; which is very hard to handle and that would make u gain even more wieght when you next eat.plus,it's not healthy,and you know that.don't forget to exercise everyday.run,do whateva,as long as you move a lot and don't stay still too long,your body will burn calories.and when you eat healthy,which means only natural stuff,and exercise a lot,your metabolism fastens.that's all for now.i could help you more,but i need to know more details.your height,what you usually eat and stuff like that....

when ur about to eat that burger, just think about if u want it. and if u'll be happier later on if u eat it. if u have a big dog. run with it everyday. if u dont have a big dog, see if u can get one. it will push u into walking/running ur dog everyday. try different hair styles for urself in front of the mirror. if u can't find a good look, then go to the haircut place, and ask the barber what he/she thinks would look best on u. make sure the barber tells u wat they're gonna do before they do it. u might not like it at the end. good luck with the weight.
you can still eat just not in large amounts and dont fall victim to gluttony. I am 5'5 and weigh 120lbs and i feel great i like this i am usually 100 flat eat but not in large amount.

go to the mall with ur bff's and buy cool clothes from hollister, abercrombie, ae


go to the spa to look relaxed


do ur hair down with thoose cut silk headbands (so in!) or do it in the ponytail like my avater!
Stop eating hot girls..............you may end up with heart burn too pervve................eat salad instead

Brush your teeth often-- you won't want to eat with a minty taste in your mouth. Chew gum a lot.


On wearing your hair... idk. If it's short then blow dry it and maybe gel a bit depending on your style. If it's long then wear it down, do a high ponytail slightly teased with layers coming down, or an updo that is simple but elegant.
How do you know who is pretty and popular? I could be sitting here fat and ugly:)
i eat a lot to but if i were you i would work out every day even if you are only doing sit ups while watching tv or something and maybe try to eat a bit healthier. I play volleyball all the time though so that is how i stay fit and thin.
