For breakfast i had huneynut cheerios. for lunch i had turkey and lettuce on a peeta with an apple and carrots. when i got home i had a banana. for dinner i had chicken marsala with cooked string beans and 2 large bowls of salad. and desert i sneaked in a weight watchers ice craem bar 60 calories. am i doing anything wrong??Is this a bad diet? please i need advice?
just know you don't have to eat the same thing every day try searching for some healthy recipes online. just make sure to reduce your proportions the more you restrict your menu the more you are going to want to cheat on your diet so change it up!
