Why not just talk with him and tell him your plight. Most teachers will work overtime to assist a student which is truly trying to understand the subject.I need help %26amp;advice. My teacher goes to fast in teaching and doesnt explain anything %26amp;i get bad grades HELP!! ?
Tell her to slow down when she starts going too fast. Tell her to explain stuff over and over again. If you don't get it, then chances are you classmates don't either

Get a tutor, ask to borrow notes from a friend in another class. Ask another teacher you trust, or read the textbook yourself and take your own notes.
You could always look up the material on the Web and review it. This is good practice for college. One view, one book, one teacher is not always enough for a given student to understand a topic. It's always good to be on the lookout for materials to supplement your main means of instruction.
Speak to the teacher alone and explain that he/she goes tooooo fast..If they do not listen everytime you do not understand something stop them and ask them to repeat it..Even if you have to raise your hand 100 times...

Speak to your folks but first in a polite way speak to the teacher.. Maybe they do not realize that they are doing it...Do other students feel the same?
