what can I do to fix my bad eating

I am stressed i want to eat right but its sooo hardPlease Give Advice on how I am to fix my bad eating habits!!!!!!!
try a more healthier breakfast instead of sonic stop by mcdonalds and pick u a parfait they are really good or a fruit and walnut salad so that way you can get a healthier start..... instead of having a whole bunch for lunch have a salad and reward your self later with having like a cookie or a slice of pie make it fun to eat healthy food instead of somehing you have to do... reward yourself if you go a week without fast food or even 2 days start out slow Please Give Advice on how I am to fix my bad eating habits!!!!!!!
When you go grocery shopping, buy some quick healthy foods. For instance, go to the salad section, get the premade salad mixes. And then get a low fat dressing. Just be sure to clean the salad well. It will encourage you to eat better. Also have frozen fruit thats already chopped. This saves time. Add some granola and yogurt, and you have a breakfast parfait. You can also make easy smothies if you have a blender. Maybe buy some soups. These are easy and you just pop them in the microwave. Then get some frozen healthy lean cuisine meals. These are okay, better than fast food, just add some more veggies when you eat and it would be good.

Carry some healthy snacks around with you. Try some walnuts, peanuts. Or some crackers and cheese, or carrots, celery. Maybe even a small chicken wrap. This just requires some of the salad, dressing, chicken, and a tortilla. Easy and quick to make.
wow. that is a LOT of junky food...

you need to try and remove as much junk food, fast food, and fatty food from your lifestyle as possible. but REPLACING them with,

veggies, salads, almonds (no salt added), sunflower seeds (low salt), and low calorie fruits.

but if you start really craving something junkish have a bite or two of a hersheys DARK chocolate bar. dark chocolate is good for the heart.

my eating is:

breakfast- 1/2 cup corn flakes (no sugar)

lunch- 1/2 chicken breast grilled (NOT FRIED)

dinner- 1 cup salad with 1/4 cup vinagrete light

sides- 5 carrots a day. no more, no less.

10 almonds. and a 3 kisses (dark chocolate)
drink water throughout the day that way your a fill and wont be tempted to eat more and more and more...

ask yourself if your actually hungry or just bored, stressed, happy, sad ect.

if your about to eat something count up to your age and if you still want it eat it.

For breakfast you coul even have a small slice of pizza or an apple and no soda.

Everytime you want to go eat fast food take that money and save it. Save it up for a reward when you learn to control your eating habits.

You have to have lots of will power. Changing your habits will take some time.

Stock your home with fruits and vegetables. Get snacks like granola bars, yogurt etc.

When you feel stress try to focus on reducing your stress through exercise, writing in a journal etc.

Set goals for yourself. Try to get friends and family involved so you have support.
get rid of all the bad food in your living place,

when ever you feel like you want some thing with sugar, eat fruit instead

only carry like $10 cash so you can only limit your self to certain items

when you go to the store, look at fat content and nutritional facts

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

The rule of thumb is still valid 100 lbs for the first 5' and 5lbs for every inch above that.

I have maintained my weight for 6 years by not eating any flour and sugar or nuts, by not eating any processed food but a healthy mix of fresh food every day and only 3 meals a day with nothing in between but non-caloric beverages or sugarless gum - means no milk in coffee or anything that would add calories to the drink. Well - you can squeeze lemon into your tea or water but don't drink fruit juice - it contains fruit sugar in concentrated form.

Breakfast example:

8 oz of plain cottage cheese or yoghurt, 1 or 2 oz of plain puffed grain (puffed rice or millet or kamut) one fruit = 8 oz

Lunch example:

6 oz of grilled or steamed meat or fish, 8 oz of cooked vegetables, 6oz of salad, 1 Tablespoon of oil, one fruit

Dinner example:

4 oz of grilled or steamed meat or fish, 8 oz of cooked vegetables, 6oz of salad, 1 Tablespoon of oil, one fruit

instead of the 6oz of grilled meat or fish you can eat 3 oz of cheese or 3 eggs or 9 oz of cooked beans or 12 oz of cottage cheese.

instead of the 4 oz of grilled meat or fish for dinner you can have 2 oz of cheese or 2 eggs or 6 oz of tofu or 6 oz of cooked beans or 8 oz of cottage cheese.

Hope that helps!
