REALLY bad Menstrual cramps need advice?

My cramps are really bad right now, like so bad i'm about to start crying...What can i do to make it feel better...i know your supposed to put heat on it, but i don't have any heating pads what is something i can use that's around the house? REALLY bad Menstrual cramps need advice?
Don't cry, you will be tensing your muscles even more than they are already tensed. I know its hard, but you have to try to ignore it. Get a hot water bottle, lay on your bed (or take a walk around the house), try to take your mind of things with a good funny feel good film or something you can get engrossed in! Or you can go for a nice warm bath with a magazine and lots of bubbles! If you don't have a bath and just a shower cubicle, run the warm water on your lower back and tummy. Do whatever you can to make yourself feel better, if your over 13 take some paracetamol or ibuprofen. It will run its course in a couple of days! A warm bath and an orgasm will do wonders, and might even get rid of your cramps completely for a little while.

First off, take some Midol, Advil, or Tylenol. Secondly, you can take a very warm shower letting the water hit your back or stomach. And lastly, if you are 21 (or if you have an adult around) alcohol works surprisingly well. I'm not saying get trashed, but one shot of whiskey is always enough to put my menstrual cramps to ease. Household things: when I was younger and got really bad ones I used to put a towel in the microwave for about 45 seconds. And then laid that on my stomach. It also helped to lay down with a pillow under my hips to release some pressure.
Try a warm hot bath with a cup of tea and reading a magizine. Also stay away from salty foods, that can help 2.
